Optimizing parking lot design by Generative design approach

چکیده

The article describes how to transform the time-consuming process of selecting design solutions for parking spaces according regulatory requirements and terms reference by building information modelling (BIM). main purpose work is determine possibility applying a generative approach lot creating an optimization model variant design. considered using mathematical modeling multi-criteria optimization. A description finding optimal solution on region admissible ratios obtained both between two types required documents (type 1-Standard, with dimensions 5.3 × 2.5 meters; type 2 - People Limited Mobility (PLM), 6.0 3.6 meters) occupied area total number spaces. choosing helps engineer adapt changes in defining options space-planning solutions. study proves that task lot, depending set conditions, can be performed algorithms, and, consequently, computer-aided BIM. proposed allows project organization coordinate initial conditions participants related departments, also serves as basis solving subsequent tasks, such determining economic efficiency, safety project, others.
